Additional Work Fees

Sometimes, clients or supervisees may need support outside the standard therapeutic or supervision session. This may include written reports, letters, liaison with external professionals, extended assessments, or other administrative tasks that help ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care. To keep our service fair and transparent, the fees below outline the costs for any additional work requested or required beyond your regular session.
We apply these charges only when extra time is needed outside the therapy room. We communicate all additional work clearly, discuss it with you, and agree to it in advance. We do not undertake any extra tasks without your explicit consent, so you remain fully informed and in control of any additional costs.
